How orders work
You buy from Secondsnow Supply. Your card is charged once, at checkout, for your items, shipping and any sales tax. We then send your order to the supplier that stocks each item, and the supplier ships it directly to you. Nothing ships from a Secondsnow warehouse.
If your order has items from more than one supplier, they can arrive in separate packages on different days.
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost and timing
Each supplier sets its own shipping rates. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time depends on the supplier and your address; you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking when your package leaves the supplier, where the carrier provides tracking.
Large items such as roof boxes, hitch carriers and board racks can cost more to ship. That cost is also shown at checkout.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Contact us with your order number and the item before sending anything back. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.
Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, with tags and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
Because each item ships from its supplier, returns go back to the supplier's address, not to us. When your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions, and we'll tell you before you send anything whether you need to pay for return shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out with the supplier.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to post it.
